Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds:

• Pre-orders: Customers who cancel their pre-order within 48 hours of placing the order will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made after 48 hours but before the product ships, a $100 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Once the product has shipped, no refunds will be issued.

• Standard Orders: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% may apply, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.

Cancellations:

• Pre-orders: Customers can cancel their pre-order within 48 hours of placing the order without penalty. After 48 hours, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Once the product has shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

• Standard Orders: Customers may cancel their order before the product ships by contacting customer support. A cancellation fee of $50 may apply.

Important Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
